Savill Garden & River Cruise with & Cream Tea | Crosskeys Day Trip
A hidden gem resting in the heart of Windsor Great Park, The Savill Garden is one of Britain’s greatest ornamental gardens. Commissioned by George V and created by Sir Eric Savill in 1932, The Savill Garden provides inspiration for all. A royal connection continues to run through the garden and on your visit see the award-winning Queen Elizabeth II Temperate House, The Golden Jubilee Garden and the Rose Garden, all opened by the Queen. The seasonal displays in beautifully themed landscaped areas provide you with the perfect opportunity to wander the paths and admire the abundant variety of flowers, trees and rare plants.
In the afternoon we take a short journey to Runneymede and embark an intimate two-hour cruise through the ‘back garden’ of Windsor Castle. Sit back and relax and enjoy a delicious cream tea whilst taking in the stunning views of the Castle, Royal Farm and Queen Adelaide’s Cottage.
Trip includes:
Entrance to The Savill Garden
