The Tall Ships Races take place every year with different ports around Europe hosting the event. Next year around 50 Tall Ships from across the world will gather to take part in competitive races between the ports. At each of the host ports, there will fantastic shoreside festivities and celebrations.
2026 Race Route
In 2026, the Tall Ships Races will take the majestic fleet to host ports from four countries – France, UK, Norway and Denmark. The ships will travel through the English Channel and North Sea, calling at the ports of Le Havre, Dunkirk, Aberdeen, Kristiansand and Esbjerg.

Known as one of Europe's largest free family events, there will be public access onto ships, parades, awards, fireworks, live music and much more.
