We'll also have some time to explore the historic town itself which the castle overlooks./n
Day 3 - Half Day National Memorial Arboretum
We visit the National Memorial Arboretum - a British site of national remembrance. Nestled into the peaceful, 150 acres of woodland are almost 400 memorials, many of which carry a personal message and the walks and gardens provide perfect spots for moments of quiet reflection./n
Day 4 - Full Day Stratford-upon-Avon
Most famous as the birthplace of England's most famous playwright, Stratford-upon-Avon brims with everything William Shakespeare. With over 800 years of history to explore, including Holy Trinity Church where Shakespeare's grave lies, this is a wonderful town to explore. /n
Day 5 - Return Travel
Mercure Birmingham West
Ideally situated for a break in the West Midlands, the 4-star Mercure Birmingham West Hotel is the perfect base from which to explore.
