Expect style, sophistication and spectacular beauty as you discover the western Mediterranean on this exciting cruise. Visiting stunning Spanish islands and cities, and fabulous destinations along the French Riviera, you’ll discover gorgeous beaches and celebrity ‘hotspots’ popular with the rich and famous. Add in fantastic historical and cultural delights and you’ll enjoy an authentic taste of the Med throughout.

Day 1: Embark Dover
Board the MS Boudicca in Dover, where after you’ve settled into your cabin you’ll enjoy your first evening meal and begin savouring the superb entertainment on board.
Day 2 to 4: At Sea
We spend three days at sea, take the chance to discover the numerous attractions on board the ship. Take a dip in the pools and Jacuzzis, unwind in the library or play on the gaming tables or in the card room.
Day 5: Malaga, Spain
Our first port-of-call is Malaga, the Costa del Sol’s largest city. As well as its beautiful historic centre and its association with Pablo Picasso, who was born here, Malaga is known for beautiful beaches, great hiking opportunities, art and architecture and superb shopping. Be sure to not miss great fish and seafood at the dozens of beachside restaurants.
Day 6: At Sea
We spend another day at sea travelling to the stunning island of Majorca.
Day 7: Palma, Majorca, Spain
Palma is a superb city with a rich history and perhaps quite different from the image of Majorca many people have in their mind’s eye. The historic centre is a warren of narrow streets and shady courtyards that have changed little in centuries. Explore at leisure in this beautiful city.
Day 8: Barcelona, Spain
One of Europe’s most beautiful and culturally rich cities, Barcelona is a world-class destination. Choose from attractions including the Old City and Gothic Quarter, La Ramblas, the city’s busiest shopping street, Gaudi’s architecture including La Sagrada Familia and Parc Guell and of course the Nou Camp, home of Barcelona FC.
Day 9: Toulon, France
Discover the town of Toulon on the Cote D’Azur, with its Middle Age city centre and its 18th century ‘new’ town, there’s so much history to discover here. There are also some great options to unwind on magnificent beaches at Les Sablettes on the outskirts of town.
Day 10: Monaco, Monaco
We dock in the playground of the rich and the famous, Monaco. Discover superyachts, high-end designer shops and celebrities and millionaires going about their daily life.
Day 11: Cartagena, Spain
Discover one of Spain’s oldest towns today, Cartagena has a history dating back almost 3000 years and has been home to so many different civilisations over that time. Wandering around the city is a sight to behold, with fantastic Roman ruins including the newly restored Roman theatre.
Day 12 and 13: At Sea
Spend a day at sea enjoying the weather of the Western Mediterranean as we sail towards mainland Spain.
Day 14: Leixoes (for Oporto), Portugal
We dock at Leixoes, from where you have the opportunity to discover the vibrant city of Porto. Set on the Douro River the city is known for its vibrant, historic riverside buildings and of course the famous Port Wine cellars. The central Ribeira is a UNESCO World Heritage Site with traditional markets and great riverside cafes and bars.
Day 15 and 16: At Sea
We spend the last two full days of our cruise sailing back to the UK. Take one last chance to relax and unwind before you disembark.
Day 17: Disembark Dover
After breakfast on board we’ll disembark at Dover.
