Sandown is the largest seaside resort on the island and is home to a long Victorian pier – the perfect spot for a midweek getaway! Join us and take in the beautiful scenery, quaint villages and popular attractions.

Day 2 - 4:
You’ll spend the next few days in and around Sandown. You’ll explore on 2 excursions and enjoy time at leisure to discover the town itself. Included excursions include trips to Alum Bay, The Needles, Godshill and Ryde. (Breakfast, Dinner)
Time to say goodbye today, after a delicious cooked breakfast at the hotel you’ll check out and get back aboard your luxury coach for the journey home. (Breakfast)

Stay amid beautiful gardens, close to all the attractions Sandown and the Isle of Wight have to offer at the beautiful Broadway Park Hotel in Sandown.
The hotel is in a popular area of Sandown, not far from the seafront and the town centre. Sandown has all the fun of the seaside with its beach and pier as well as a number of bars and restaurants, but without the usual overcrowding in summer and relatively mild weather in winter. One of the town’s main highlights is the popular Dinosaur Isle exhibition, which tracks the history of fossil discovery on the Isle of Wight.
From Sandown the rest of the island is easily accessible by both car and public transport. Ryde is a short train ride away and has all the attractions you would expect from a traditional British seaside resort, with a huge number of amusements and even a funfair. For great landscapes and sea views head to the Needles and the Tennyson coast on the island’s west coast.
In the hotel enjoy open gardens, great for relaxing and enjoying the great Isle of Wight sunshine. If it gets a little too hot, take a dip in the outdoor pool, or get inside and enjoy a game of snooker or fantastic entertainment in the evenings.Back to top
