Tuesday to Thursday:
Over our three days in Pitlochry we will enjoy two included excursions to discover the Highlands. We travel aboard the Highland Line taking in amazing countryside on one of the country's most famous and scenic railways.
Another day will be spent with a trip to Blair Castle, set at the heart of Highland Perthshire and the ancient seat of the Dukes and Earls of Atholl. The other day will be for you to enjoy as free time. One of the quirkier sights in Pitlochry is the fish ladder, built with the dam on the River Tummel to allow Salmon to continue to swim upstream. For something a little more traditional, go to Edradour Distillery to see how traditional Scotch Whiskey is made. (Breakfast, Dinner)
We’ll travel home today, following a tasty breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant and check-out. Enjoy the last views of superb Scottish countryside as we get moving. (Breakfast)
