Make the most of your time away with one of our exclusive Bay Inclusive Breaks. This holiday takes us to “the Gateway to the Islands,” Oban for a few days of relaxation in scenic surroundings. Included are two excursions, a scenic drive to Fort William and a day in the beautiful white-walled town of Inveraray.
Bay Inclusive breaks include return coach travel, breakfast and evening meal, two sightseeing excursions and four drinks vouchers per person per night.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.
Your first day will see you travelling to Oban. Aboard the luxury coach you’ll enjoy a relaxing trip as our highly trained drivers whisk you to your destination, giving out tidbits of information along the way. After check-in enjoy a three-course evening meal. (Dinner)
Days 2 to 4:
We will take two included excursions over our three days in Oban. First we take a trip along the shores of Loch Linnhe to visit Fort William, calling at the Highland Centre for shopping and enjoying a whisky tasting. We’ll then take a jaunt to the white-walled town of Inveraray, with its imposing castle and visiting the Isle of Seil.
The other day in Oban is set aside as free time. The gateway to the Islands, Oban has a huge number of options for those who like to be outdoors. Whether it’s taking a cruise to spot wildlife around nearby islands, visiting a nearby castle or walking along the coast, you’re sure to find something to keep you entertained. (Breakfast, Dinner)
We’ll travel home today, following a tasty breakfast in the hotel’s restaurant and check-out. Enjoy the last views of superb Highland countryside as we get moving. (Breakfast)

The town of Oban is just a short walk away with a number of places here to sample local produce including delicious seafood and the refined and elegant whiskeys that the region is famous for. There’s also plenty to explore in town, head up to McCaig’s Tower for a great view over the Sound of Mull, or visit Dunollie or Dunstaffage Castle to learn a little about the history of Oban.
Magnificent Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park can be easily reached from Oban and makes a great day trip. For perhaps even greater scenery though board a ferry and head out onto the islands that dot the sea off Scotland’s West Coast. Mull, the Isle of Lismore and Kerrera, just across Oban Bay all make fantastic day trips offering superb scenery and a sense of solitude and wilderness that is incomparable almost anywhere in the UK.
