Our base in the village of Loxton in Somerset is perfect for touring this region of the South West, synonymous with Cheddar cheese, cider, and areas of outstanding natural beauty. On our tour, we enjoy a taste of bygone days and breathe in the country air while we take in the beautiful landscapes. Alongside this, we view historic landmarks with a holiday highlight being a visit to Longleat Safari Park, the first to open outside Africa in 1966.

Cheddar Gorge Cheese & WellsWe begin with a drive through the world-famous Cheddar Gorge, with dramatic cliffs to either side. At the Cheddar Gorge Cheese Factory, we learn the process and have a few samples! Afterwards, prepare to be awestruck in medieval Wells.
Bristol & River Avon Cruise
Heading to Bristol we take a relaxing cruise, learning about the rich maritime history of the city followed by free time.
Longleat Safari Park
Today we enjoy the majesty of the graceful wild animals as we take a drive through the Safari Park viewing them from the safety of our coach.
