The amazing carpet of flowers festival takes place bi-annually and is held in the ornate Gothic setting of Brussels’ Grand Place. With a special theme and made entirely of dahlias, the extraordinary spectacle of a flower carpet is created in the square. Visitors can stroll alongside taking in its fragrant scent and incredible floral design. Other Belgian treats include a visit to beautiful Bruges, Namur in the scenic Belgian Ardennes and Antwerp.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.

Your Excursions
• Overnight ferry from Hull to Rotterdam• Visit to the historic city of Bruges, famous for its remarkable medieval architecture, beautiful 13th century Belfry and picturesque canals. Why not take a horse-drawn carriage ride around the historic streets then pop into one of the many delicious chocolate shops on offer! Onwards then to our super hotel for a three-night stay.
• Full day in Brussels to enjoy the sights and of course marvel at the carpet of flowers, we include balcony tickets giving a panoramic view of the Grand Place.
• We visit the Jardins d’Annevoie, set in the Ardennes, these beautiful and unique water gardens were created over 260 years ago, and are home to wildlife, as well as delightful fauna and flora. Then to Namur, a charming small city with its 19th century citadel.
• Return via Antwerp, known as the “diamond city” before boarding the return overnight ferry back to Hull.
