Description

‘One good thing about music, when it hits you feel no pain.’ - Bob Marley

This is the ultimate Bob Marley theatre break! Packed with the King of Reggae’s thrilling collection of iconic hits including No Woman, No Cry, I Shot The Sheriff, Redemption Song and more, this world-premiere production tells the remarkable tale of Bob Marley’s musical and spiritual uprising. From a tiny farm in the Jamaican hills and the impoverished tenement yards in Kingston to global superstardom as the pioneer of reggae music, Bob Marley beat all odds to emerge as the very first international musical icon to arise from a developing country.

Coming to the West End’s Lyric Theatre (situated near Piccadilly Circus; right on the famous Shaftesbury Avenue), this much-anticipated show is brought to us by the Olivier Award-winning writer Lee Hall (Billy Elliot) and director Clint Dyer (Death of England), with all your favourite hits played live on stage! A true rags to musical riches tale, it’s the perfect ticket for fans of the legend that is Robert Nesta Marley.

Day 2: After breakfast, we head back into London for some free time to shop or see the sights. From a trip on the London Eye, to a spot of shopping on Oxford Street or a stroll through Hyde Park – there is plenty to do. We set off for home in the mid-afternoon.
