Itinerary

Sunday

From a morning pickup in your local area, we travel by coach to Southend where we spend some free time before we board the Paddle Steamer Waverley. From here we enjoy the lit-up skyline of London, on a unique 3-and-a-half-hour cruise experience aboard this beloved vessel as it winds down the storied River Thames, taking in the capital’s great landmarks such as Tower Bridge, which opens up especially to allow our passage through. After we dock in the city, our coach transfers us to our hotel outside London for our overnight stay.

Monday

After breakfast, we check out of the hotel and travel into London for some free time in the capital. From a trip on the London Eye and a spot of retail therapy on Oxford Street to a stroll through Hyde Park, there is plenty to do. We rejoin the coach in the mid-afternoon for the journey home.
