An annual fixture of the Worth Valley calendar, this beloved festival transforms the railway line into a five-mile long party, with plenty of beer and music to discover along the way. Skipton
SkiptonThis delightful town, known as the gateway to the Yorkshire Dales, is packed with plenty of character and charm. From the quaint cobbled alleyways bursting with quirky boutiques, to the striking medieval castle, Skipton offers a unique heritage and friendly atmosphere.
The Leeds–Liverpool canal winds its way through the town and the humpback bridges are perfect to spot the colourful canal boats scooting along, before retiring to a lovely tearoom for a well-deserved cuppa.
