Haydock Race Day
Haydock Race DayA day at the races at the popular Haydock Park in Merseyside never disappoints! From one of the most anticipated races of the year, the Betfair Chase, to a more relaxed evening meeting, as well as plenty of live music events, Haydock offers the perfect sporting and social day out.
Combining both the very best of Flat and Jump Racing, there are 32 days of racing at Haydock Park. The racecourse plays host to some of the most popular events in the racing calendar, including the Grand National Trial in February, The Temple Stakes in May, the Old Newton Cup and Lancashire Oaks in July, the Sprint Cup in September and of course, the Betfair Chase in November. The grounds at Haydock make for excellent viewing, with an abundance of amenities and plenty of places to eat and drink. Revel in the lively atmosphere and look out for your horse and favourite jockey in the parade ring before roaring them home past the winning post! Attracting thousands of visitors every year, Haydock Park is also a fantastic venue for a whole host of spectacular events.
