Spectacular Norwegian Scenery
As May gives way to June, Columbus cruises north from London Tilbury and makes her way to three of Norway’s most beautiful fjords. Follow the winding channel of Hardangerfjord to Eidfjord, which lies by the water’s edge surrounded by soaring forest-covered mountains, sail up Sognefjord and into Aurlandsfjord on your way to Flam, and call at lively Stavanger to discover a town where gleaming modern architecture stands easily alongside cobbled streets lined with white-painted, clapboard houses.Opportunities to head deep into the astonishing fjordland landscape on optional shore excursions, lazy days spent at sea soaking up the sun, and time to explore the harbourside, and cobbled streets and squares of Rotterdam round off this enchanting spring-to-summer cruise.
