Day OneFly to Italy, meet your Tour Manager and transfer by coach to your chosen hotel.
Day TwoEnjoy the hotel's facilities, perhaps head to the beach, or stroll the resort's main street, Corso Reginna, with shops, cafes and elegant villas looking out over the busy promenade, the beach and the sparkling blue sea beyond. Don't miss the evening passeggiata, when the locals take to the streets in their 'Sunday best' for an hour or two of friendly socialising.
Day ThreeThe first included excursion is to the delightful port-town of Amalfi, with its lovingly restored cathedral, colour-washed houses and pretty, bustling port. Take all in from a seat in a pavement cafe, delicious gelato in hand, then visit beguiling hill-top Ravello, home to the stunning gardens of ancient Villa Rufulo, with their much-photographed panoramic view from the terraces.
Day FourToday's unforgettable excursion takes in the world-famous Amalfi Drive, which winds its scenic way above towering cliffs and beaches lapped by azure waters towards exquisite Sorrento. Don't miss the town's colourful port, main square Piazza Tasso or the views out across the Bay of Naples, crowned by the distant cone of Vesuvius. This afternoon, you'll pay a visit to the world-famous ruins at Pompeii, enjoying a fascinating tour of the preserved remains of the ancient, once magnificent city, before returning to Maiori this evening.
Day FiveJoin today's unmissable optional excursion to the magical Isle of Capri, travelling by boat from Amalfi to the famous hideaway of poets and artists. Highlights will include picturesque Anacapri on the slopes of Mount Solaro, famous Villa San Michele, with its breath-taking views, and ultra-chic Capri Town. Shop - or window-shop - amongst the town's countless designer stores, perhaps take an optional boat trip to the famous 'Blue Grotto', or enjoy a lunch of Caprese salad, before the return sailing.
Day SixSpend today at leisure, enjoying the hotel and the delightful resort of Maiori. With a relaxed atmosphere that's all its own, Maiori exudes sun-kissed charm from every pore. Perhaps a long lunch overlooking the sea might be the order of the day, or a few hours on the beach. The choices - and the pleasures - are all yours.
Day SevenA last included excursion today sees you board a boat in Amalfi for the journey along the coast to fabled Positano, a celebrated 'jet-set' haven that attracts countless visitors to its beaches and blue waters. Spend a couple of hours in exploration, enjoy a drink overlooking the scene, or find a spot on the beach, before returning to Maiori for a last afternoon and evening.
