Spectacular Northern Islands

Board Magellan at Liverpool and sail north to Iceland, calling at historic Belfast en route. Your first Icelandic port-of-call is the fascinating and welcoming Reykjavík, the world’s most northerly capital, with its pretty painted wooden buildings. Continue to exquisite Ísafjörður, capital of the Westfjords, and then on to Akureyri on the rugged north coast, home to a fascinating botanical garden. Magellan now turns south, and sails to the Faroe Islands, stopping first at Klaksvík, a picturesque fishing town that sits on a steep-sided bay.
