Weighing in at 63,000 tonnes and 250 metres, Columbus is the biggest ship in the CMV fleet. Originally launched in 1989 (by Audrey Hepburn), she was extensively refitted in 2015, and now offers 1500 passengers spacious accommodation and elegant communal areas arranged over 12 decks and topped off with the panoramic Dome Observatory.

Day TwoToday Columbus arrives in Amsterdam. Prepare to be delighted by its step-gabled houses, canals and friendly atmosphere. The city comes alive with festive cheer at this time of year, from Museumplein's 'Christmas Square' and the ancient Jordaan district to that beside Dam Square's illuminated tree.
Day ThreeAfter a morning at sea, Columbus arrives in the great German port-city of Hamburg. Head ashore to soak up the atmosphere of this famously vibrant metropolis, browse the Christmas Market in front of its Renaissance Revival town Hall, and enjoy an afternoon and early evening exploring, before Columbus sets sail in the evening.
