Head out on deck to take in the full majesty of its epic landscape, where sheer, forested mountainsides plunge into still waters. Astoria's port for the day will be Rosendal, a pretty village that's home to the historic Baroniet Rosendal - a charming 17th-century manor house surrounded by elegant grounds and gardens.
Day FiveThe remote village of Flam is set in one of Sognefjord’s most remote corners. From here, you might enjoy an unforgettable excursion, boarding the world-famous Flamsbana Mountain Railway, for the beautiful journey to Myrdal, before joining a coach to travel through yet more breathtaking scenery.
