Depart: 1800hrs Board Astoria in Poole, today, settle in to your cabin and relax as your cruise begins.

Day 4Eidfjord, Norway
Arrive: 0800hrs Depart: 1400hrs Enjoy spectacular scenery as Astoria cruises up 100km-long Hardangerfjord to Eidfjord. Here you can go ashore to enjoy an optional excursion through the beautiful surrounding countryside, perhaps taking in the famous Vøringfossen waterfalls. Optional Excursion:Vøringfossen waterfall
Day 5Flam, Norway
Arrive: 0900hrs Depart: 1700hrs Astoria continues her fjords cruise today, navigating through the narrow fingers of mighty Sognefjord. She’ll call at the village of Flam, stunningly set in one of the fjord’s remotest corners. Here you might head ashore and board the world-famous Flamsbana Mountain Railway for the rail journey to Myrdal, one of the most unforgettable optional excursions of your entire cruise.
Day 6Olden, Norway
Arrive: 1000hrs Depart: 1800hrs Today Astoria calls at Olden on Nordfjord. This is the stopping off point for a trip through the stunningly beautiful surrounding countryside to the famous Briksdal Glacier. This immense cliff of ice is actually just one of the 50 arms of the Jostedalsbreen Glacier, which broods over the entire eastern reach of the Nordfjord. Optional Excursion:Briksdal Glacier
Day 7Bergen, Norway
Arrive: 0900hrs Depart: 2000hrs This morning Astoria arrives in Bergen, one of the most beautifully located cities in the world. This ancient fishing and trading port, spectacularly set amid hills and fjords, is also one of Northern Europe’s most enjoyable destinations. Step ashore to explore the harbour and fish market, discover Bryggen’s historic wooden warehouses or ride the funicular to the top of ‘Mount’ Floyen.

Spend two days relaxing on board.
Day 10Arrive back at Poole
Arrive: 0300hrs Say goodbye to Astoria, her crew and your fellow passengers as she arrives in Poole, today, and you disembark at the end of a wonderful cruise. Back to top
