Visits to two stunning fjords, shoreside settlements, the colourful city of Bergen and Dutch Maritime gem Rotterdam make this a perfect bank holiday cruise. Join Columbus as she sets sail from London Tilbury across the Channel to Rotterdam, with its pretty streets and squares, and then north to dramatic Flåm, home of the famous mountain railway. From here sail north to Geiranger, before turning south and making a final stop at prosperous Stavanger, nestled in an area dotted with picturesque islands, to complete this wonderful cruise. Columbus is normally a child-free ship, but this cruise is offered to passengers of all ages over six months, giving you the chance to share an unforgettable voyage with your children and grandchildren.

Day 1Depart from London Tilbury, UK
Depart: 1600hrs Board Columbus in Tilbury, today, settle in to your cabin and relax as your cruise begins this afternoon.
Day 2CMV Fleet Parade and Rotterdam Regatta
Arrive: 0800hrs Depart: 1400hrs The Dutch maritime city of Rotterdam is Columbus's first stop. Step ashore to see the stunning architecture of the Erasmus Bridge and the remarkable inverted 'U' of the Markthal food market. Browse the world-class museums, explore the lovingly preserved Old Harbour and stroll past nearby Delfshaven's step-gabled houses and ancient wharves. Today, the CMV fleet will meet in Rotterdam to celebrate 25 years of cruising from Cruise Port Rotterdam. The Rotterdam Regatta will celebrate this special cruising milestone, with celebrations and event planned through the day, culminating in the CMV Fleet Parade at around 5pm, when all seven CMV ships, in their new livery and led by the iconic Marco Polo will sail in convoy up and down the Meuse River for 28 nautical miles, in what promises to be a truly unique cruising spectacle!
Day 3At sea
Your next day is spent at sea getting to know Columbus, her crew and her excellent facilities, and making new friends as you settle into the relaxed pace of life on board.
Day 4Flåm, Sognefjord, Norway
Arrive: 0900hrs Depart: 2000hrs The tiny village of Flåm, at the inner end of Aurlandsfjord (just one arm of vast Sognefjord) welcomes Columbus today. Here you'll have the chance to board the world-famous Flåmsbana Mountain Railway for the journey to Myrdal. Later this afternoon, the ship navigates her way into stunning Naerøyfjord where some of fjordland's prettiest scenery awaits.
Day 5Geiranger, Norway
Arrive: 1130hrs Depart: 1930hrs Geirangerfjord is one of the smallest but most beautiful fjords, its twists and turns marked by crashing waterfalls and ancient and beguiling villages. Disembark at Geiranger to enjoy an unforgettable overland excursion through the glorious scenery of the fjord and its surroundings, or to visit the fascinating Norsk Fjordsenter, which chronicles life in this beautiful place.
Day 6Stavanger, Norway
Arrive: 0700hrs Depart: 1800hrs Columbus' last Norwegian port is the prosperous former Norwegian fishing capital, Stavanger. Here, sleek ultramodern buildings like the Stavanger Concert Hall and the Norwegian Petroleum Museum contrast sharply with the pretty white-painted, clapboard houses and cobbles of Stavanger old town. Step ashore to wander through harbour-side Torget before we enjoy a breathtaking passage though Lysefjord, where the towering Preikestolen rock formation soars above the waters.
Day 7At sea
Spend today relaxing on board as Columbus cruises home.
Day 8Arrive in London Tilbury, UK
