Day 1

Depart from London Tilbury, UK
Depart: 1600hrs Board Columbus in Tilbury, today, settle in to your cabin and relax as your cruise begins this afternoon.

Day 2

Rotterdam, Netherlands
Arrive: 0800hrs Depart: 1700hrs Columbus reaches her first port of call today: the Dutch maritime city of Rotterdam. Step ashore to see the stunning architecture of the Erasmus Bridge and the remarkable Markthal food market. Browse the World-class museums, explore the lovingly preserved Old Harbour and stroll past nearby Delfshaven's step-gabled houses and ancient wharves.

Day 4

Kirkwall, Orkney Isles
Arrive: 0700hrs Depart: 1800hrs Today Columbus arrives in the historic capital of Orkney, Kirkwall. Wander the cobbled streets and marvel at magnificent St Magnus Cathedral, or join an excursion to Scapa Flow, across the island to see Churchill's famous Barriers and the POW-built Italian Chapel on the tiny island of Lamb Holm.

Day 5

Portree, Isle of Skye
Arrive: 0700hrs Depart: 1900hrs The tiny harbour of Portree is set on the sheltered eastern coast of the mystic Isle of Skye. It’s your gateway to a rugged island landscape of windswept moors that sweep upward into the brooding Cuillin Hills and a coast teeming with wildlife. You may also have the chance to visit historic Dunvegan Castle, the world’s longest continuously inhabited fortress, on a shore excursion this afternoon.

Day 6

Tobermory, Isle of Mull
Arrive: 0700hrs Depart: 1900hrs The small town of Tobermory on the beautiful island of Mull, with its picturesque, multi-coloured houses encircling the waterfront, is a delightful place to explore, as is nearby Duart Castle, the famous seat of Clan Maclean.

Day 7

Belfast, Northern Ireland
Arrive: 0700hrs Depart: 1400hrs Early this morning, Columbus arrives in historic Belfast. Explore the city centre, visit the many attractions of the Titanic Quarter, where the Titanic Experience pay homage to the ill-fated vessel, or join an optional excursion to the vast stone staircase of the Giant’s Causeway on the Antrim Coast beyond.

Day 8

St Mary's, Isles of Scilly
Arrive: 1100hrs Depart: 2000hrs This morning finds us in the Isles of Scilly. Columbus anchors here in sheltered waters, giving you the opportunity to go ashore to explore Hugh Town on St Mary's, the flower-strewn byways beyond, and stunning Tresco, where the famous Abbey Gardens house Britain's finest subtropical plant collection.

Day 9

St Peter Port, Guernsey
Arrive: 0800hrs Depart: 1900hrs Guernsey's St Peter Port welcomes us this morning. See 800-year-old Castle Cornet, which guards the entrance to the harbour, wander the town's cobbled central quarter and make the most of the island's tax-free shopping.

Day 10

Honfleur, France
Arrive: 0600hrs Depart: 1600hrs Crossing the Channel, your final port is Honfleur, at the mouth of the Seine. Wander the streets behind the pretty harbour, or perhaps join an optional excursion into the surrounding countryside.

Day 11

Arrive in London Tilbury, UK
Arrive: 0800hrs Say goodbye to Columbus, her crew and your fellow passengers as she arrives in Tilbury, today, and you disembark at the end of a wonderful cruise. Back to top
