Depart: 1600hrs Board Magellan in Bristol, today, settle in to your cabin and relax as your cruise begins.

Day 3Rotterdam, Netherlands
Arrive: 1230hrs Depart: 1730hrs Magellan reaches her first port of call today: the Dutch maritime city of Rotterdam. Step ashore to see the stunning architecture of the Erasmus Bridge and the remarkable Markthal food market. Browse the World-class museums, explore the lovingly preserved Old Harbour and stroll past nearby Delfshaven's step-gabled houses and ancient wharves.

Day 5Copenhagen, Denmark
Arrive: 0900hrs Depart: 1500hrs Trendy Copenhagen, with its bicycle-packed streets and laid-back cafe culture, is today’s destination. See famous Tivoli Gardens (entrance payable locally) or join an optional shore excursion to discover the iconic Little Mermaid, the Royal Palace and the plush stores that line the Stroget - the city’s elegant shopping street.
Day 6Warnemunde, Germany
Arrive: 0800hrs Depart: 2200hrs This morning Magellan arrives in Warnemunde. From here you'll have the chance to join a full-day optional excursion to Berlin. Take in the city’s fascinating history - from the Brandenburg Gate and the great 1926 Olympic Stadium to Hitler’s Bunker and Checkpoint Charlie - before returning to Magellan, ready to sail, this evening.

Day 8Tallinn, Estonia
Arrive: 1100hrs Depart: 1630hrs Today we’ll arrive in Tallinn. Step back in time as you explore the enchanting Estonian capital with its perfectly preserved old town, winding cobblestone streets full of storybook houses, steepled churches and ancient buildings, all watched over by Toompea Castle.
Days 9-10St Petersburg, Russia
Arrive: 0700hrs (Day 9) Depart: 1900hrs (Day 10) Spend two days in St Petersburg, one of the world’s most startling and glorious cities. Discover its world-renowned Hermitage Museum, its wide canal-side boulevards and its modern, cosmopolitan atmosphere. you’ll have lots of time in the city, so don’t miss the optional excursion to the Tsars’ Summer Palace at Petrodvorets, the chance to explore the city’s Haymarket, or the opportunity to see the opulence of the Mariinsky Theatre, home to the world-renowned Kirov Ballet.
Day 11Helsinki, Finland
Arrive: 0745hrs Depart: 1400hrs This morning you'll be able to step ashore and explore Helsinki, where the City Hall overlooks the fresh fish stalls and historic, covered Market Hall in Market Square. Stroll through Esplanade Park, and take in the panoramic views of the city and the sea beyond from the Cathedral tower. Don’t miss stunning Senate Square, whose great neo-Classical buildings doubled for Moscow in many Cold War Era movies.
Day 12Visby, Sweden
Arrive: 0700hrs Depart: 1230hrs Today you'll reach the Swedish island of Gotland. The island’s UNESCO-listed capital, Visby, is a medieval treasure trove of wooden cottages, cobbled streets and Gothic churches, encompassed by stout defensive walls. Beyond the town, a pristine land of tranquil countryside and fine beaches dotted with fascinating weathered rock formations known as ’rauks’, awaits.

Day 16Cobh, Ireland
Arrive: 0930hrs Depart: 1500hrs Magellan arrives in Cobh this morning. Join our optional shore excursion to discover this historic capital of southwest Ireland. Alternatively, you may wish to head into the beautiful rolling countryside beyond, to the fashionable resort of Kinsale, famed for its fine food and sea fishing, or to famous Blarney Castle, just north of the city.
Day 17Arrive Bristol
