Plan My Trip

Day One

Make your way to the airport and check in for your flight to London. Here, you will be met by your Tour Manager and transferred to London's West End for shopping and sightseeing before heading to your hotel in the late afternoon.

Day Two

After breakfast, today, it's off to Wimbledon. We'll arrive around lunchtime, and you'll have time to wander around the outside courts, watch the action from your seat on No.1 Court, and perhaps savour strawberries and cream - and even a glass of champagne or Pimm's. At the close of play, the coach will depart for your hotel after a memorable day.

Day Three

Following breakfast we set off on a tour of Windsor. There's plenty to see and do in this picturesque town. You may like to visit the Castle itself (admission not included in the price), before we depart in the afternoon, and head back to the airport for your return flight.

This grand Georgian hotel has immense character and history (Paganni played here in 1831) and is situated on Brighton promenade just minutes from the Royal Pavilion, the Lanes and the Theatre Royal.

The hotel lounge is comfortable, and has great views out over the promenade and Brighton beach. Off-street parking is available for 40 cars at GBP15 for 24 hours (there is also a large council parking facility nearby), and Brighton train station is just 800 metres away.

Further Information

Rain Affected Play

In the event that there is less than one hour's play on any day on the court for which tickets have been bought, you will receive a ticket price refund but you would not be entitled to any other refund payment.

Combining hotel transfers

We sometimes need to combine transfers to and from your hotel. We always try to keep any wait to a minimum, but you may be asked to wait at the airport for up to an hour, while other incoming flights arrive, before the transfer to your hotel. Similarly, we may need to transfer you back to the airport up to three hours before your flight home departs.

Hotel transfer times

The transfer time from the airport to your hotel is approximately 15 minutes.

Special requirements

If you have notified us of any special requirements, please check that they have been noted and acknowledged. This is especially important with any dietary needs you may have.

Access at Wimbledon

Negotiating the large Wimbledon site, which covers more than 40 acres in total, may be physically challenging. We therefore recommend that those with a significant disability and/or those using a wheelchair are accompanied by an able-bodied helper. We do offer a limited number of wheelchair spaces on No. 1 Court which, if required, should be requested at the time of booking. (Please note that you must provide your own wheelchair).
