A leisurely day sees Olympia cruise upriver into Germany. Relax on board and enjoy the beautiful scenery as we pass historic Dusseldorf before reaching Cologne. Step ashore this evening to explore the lively old town and discover its bustling night-time atmosphere.

Olympia sails into the magnificent Middle Rhine today, through a beautiful landscape of vineyards, castles and quaint villages. Look out for fabled Lorelei rock above the Rhine Gorge as we sail towards the wine town of Rudesheim, where you'll have the chance to step ashore and explore. Stroll along the famous Drosselgasse, and join our optional excursion to visit Siegfried's Musikkabinett, travel on the local 'Winzer Express' train and enjoy a wine tasting.
After a morning's scenic cruising, Olympia calls at Mannheim, from where you can join an optional excursion to beautiful Heidelberg on the wooded south bank of the Neckar. One of Germany's 'must-see' destinations, Heidelberg has inspired poets and operetta composers for centuries.

The dress code on board and ashore is casual. After 7pm, in the lounge and restaurant, shorts are not permitted, and footwear and a shirt or T-shirt must be worn.
