Set against the city’s historic backdrop, the market features charming wooden chalets offering seasonal gifts, crafts, and local produce. The atmosphere is filled with the scent of mulled wine and roasted chestnuts, while twinkling lights create a magical ambiance. Visitors can enjoy ice skating, festive food stalls, and live entertainment. The market stretches along Parliament Street and St. Sampson's Square, providing a delightful holiday experience for locals and tourists alike, perfect for Christmas shopping and festive cheer. Just around the corner, don't miss Shambles Market selling everything from Yorkshire flat caps to cakes, coffe and hand-made products.

Chatsworth at Christmas

INCLUDED Visitor DestinationChatsworth House in Derbyshire is one of England’s best known country estates. Home to the Duke and Duchess of Devonshire, the house has been passed down through 16 generations of the Cavendish family. Christmas is a wonderful time of year, especially at Chatsworth. Every winter the house is adorned with spectacular Christmas displays guaranteed to raise the festive spirit. From the moment you arrive you will step into a winter wonderland with one of Europe’s most significant art collections as a backdrop. The House is surrounded by 105 acres of garden, cultivated over nearly 500 years and you can experience an enchanting Christmas light trail.

Sheffield Christmas Market

INCLUDED Visitor DestinationSheffield was famed for its steel industry in the heyday of the 1900s and remains a city of innovation to this day. However, the smoking chimney stacks are no more, and instead you'll find a green, modern cityscape set against the stunning backdrop of the Peak District National Park. Sheffield's Christmas Market celebrates its modern day great independent traders, with over 80% being Sheffield based. It is delivered by a small independent company and has a great friendly supportive ethos, having grown from a handful of cabins, to a full shopping experience with over 50 log cabins, traditional Alpine Bar, German sausage grill, pizza, chimney cake, churros and many other food and drink experiences. Don't miss the chance to meet the big man himself at Santa’s Grotto, and you can also view the city from the iconic Big Wheel.  Back to top
