Weymouth is one of the easiest resorts to get around with it’s candy-striped kiosks and deck chair lined golden, 3-mile beach. Chuck in cockles and chippies and prepare to promenade down seaside memory lane. But Weymouth is about more than just that sandy shore. The town boasts a bustling harbour, some superb seafood, and watersports. You will never be short of things to do in Weymouth, with an abundance of natural and themed attractions for everyone to enjoy! With beautiful golden sands, safe shallow waters, and pretty harbourside, you won’t be disappointed!
From sand sculptures to a magical underwater world of dazzling sea creatures there is something for all. Head out and enjoy the fresh air! Take a stroll or cycle along one of the many trails and admire the natural beauty. Check out the amazing wildlife on offer. Make sure you stroll round to Weymouth’s beautiful harbour during your visit. This is a great place to while away the hours and watch all the comings and goings. You may even be lucky enough to catch the lifting of the Town Bridge during the summer!

The Leam Hotel, Weymouth
Set amid the splendour of Weymouth’s wonderful Esplanade, described as ‘one of the finest marine promenades in the kingdom,’ (Bradshaw’s Guide) The Leam was built in 1780, originally as a pair of gentlemen’s residences, and has been welcoming guests to Weymouth since 1926. The hotel has an atmospheric bar and restaurant and has recently opened a new cafe on the ground floor offering wonderful panoramic sea views.
After joining the coach, we head towards our destination that will have coffee/lunch stops along the way. We expect to arrive at our hotel late afternoon.
Days 2 - 4
Traditional English breakfast followed by free time and included excursions. Dinner and entertainment at the hotel.
After breakfast we make our way home. After stopping for a coffee/lunch break, we continue homewards.
Swanage & Poole
Enjoy free time in Swanage, a picture perfect seaside resort before travelling over to Poole, home to one of the world’s finest natural harbours. Discover the smugglers’ passageways and elegant house built by the rich merchants in the 17th and 18th centuries.

If you’re searching for a town that’s full of character, then Dorchester won’t disappoint. Big name stores, chef-led restaurants, cafes, bars and bistros, museums, attractions, glorious gardens, river walks and a Roman Town House, you’ll find plenty to see and do in Dorset’s county town, a place long associated with the writer and poet Thomas Hardy because Dorchester is the ‘Casterbridge’ featured in his most famous novel.
