Itinerary

Day 1

Join your coach at your convenient pick up point this morning before heading to Somerset's favourite seaside resort of Weston-super-Mare in time for the start of the Carnival, which carries on into the evening. Rejoin your coach afterwards to head for your comfortable overnight hotel and a good night's rest.

Day 2

After a hearty breakfast, it is time to visit historic Glastobury followed by time to enjoy the cathedral city of Wells. Rejoin your coach mid-afternoon for your journey homewards with lots of lovely memories and time to relax on board.

Weston Carnival

The annual Weston-super-Mare Carnival is a vibrant celebration of light, color, and community. Step into the atmospheric ruins of Glastonbury Abbey, dating back to 670 AD, where centuries of history whisper through ancient stones. Legend has it that Joseph of Arimathea brought the young Jesus here 2000 years ago - imagine walking in those footsteps!

Don't miss the mystical Glastonbury Tor - just a 10-minute walk from the High Street past the magical Chalice Well. The views from the top are absolutely spectacular!
