The Riviera will dazzle you with spectacular live entertainment nightly with featured performances from the best tributes found on the English Riviera.
So relax with friends or your loved ones at the bar, enjoy great homestyle meals and entertainment in the festively decorated ballroom. If you're feeling a little more independently minded, then our hotel is well located in the heart of Torquay, which makes this lovely resort really easy to explore on foot.
We've also included great excursions to Exeter Christmas Market, and the maritime city of Plymouth for fantastic Christmas shopping and exploring!

Itinerary
Day 1
Join your coach this morning, and head towards the lovely English Riviera and your resort of Torquay, with convenient coffee/lunch stops along the way. On arrival at the Riviera Hotel there is time to settle in and enjoy your first delicious dinner and night of live entertainment.
Days 2 & 3
Enjoy hearty traditional English breakfasts each day and time at leisure to explore Torquay at your own pace plus your INCLUDED excursions to Exeter for its Christmas Market, set on the beautiful Cathedral Green with some great shopping opportunities. The city's bustling quayside is also worth a visit and Princesshay Shopping Centre offers lots of treats too. Plus the fabulous maritime city of Plymouth with time to explore its rich seafaring history and enjoy some great Christmas shopping - we recommend some local Plymouth gin for a unique gift!
Return to your hotel in time for your evening meals and great entertainment including an amazing tribute night when you can sing along with the stars to your heart's content!
Day 4
After a final tasty breakfast, board your comfortable coach as we say farewell to the English Riviera. After stopping for a coffee/lunch break, relax and continue homewards with your great festive memories and newly made friends.

Accommodation
Riviera Hotel Torquay
The Riviera Hotel in the heart of Torquay is the perfect place to enjoy good food, comfortable bedrooms, cabaret entertainment, superb indoor pool* and friendly customer service. Its great location is just a few minutes’ walk from Torquay’s award winning beaches, sparkling blue sea and all that the resort has to offer. The accommodation comprises 140 well-appointed bedrooms with tea & coffee making facilities and all Leisuretime guests will be accommodated in upgraded bedrooms** when staying for 2 nights or more on selected dates! Enjoy free entertainment to suit all ages on most evenings, including bingo, quizzes, professional cabarets and dancing in the fabulous Show Bar. The Sports Bar boasts numerous large screen TVs showing different sports events all day. WiFi is available in public areas. Meals are self-service buffet style and assistance is available if required.
There are no ground floor bedrooms however there is a lift, although some rooms still have steps to access. Unfortunately, the nature and age of the building means that the hotel cannot easily accommodate guests in wheelchairs, using mobility scooters or with limited mobility so please contact us if you have any concerns in this respect prior to booking.
Single travellers paying a supplement will be in a double room for sole occupancy. Single rooms without a supplement are usually smaller rooms with single beds and are available on request.
