Itinerary
Day 1
Join your comfortable coach this morning at your convenient local pick-up point and head south west towards the glamourous English Riviera! On arrival in your palm tree lined resort of Torquay there will be plenty of time to settle in and enjoy a seaside stroll before dinner. Enjoy a drink in the bar to meet friends and fellow travellers, and make sure you have worked up an appetite to enjoy your evening meal, followed by the fantastic entertainment that your central hotel is so famous for.
Day 2
Enjoy a delicious breakfast this morning, and you can then enjoy Torquay or the surrounding area at your leisure. Located less than 10 minutes' walk from Torquay's seafront, you'll have ample time to explore and relax in this lovely seaside resort, whether it's a stroll along the palm lined promenade, some traditional fish & chips if you have room, or track down the mysterious connections with the enigmatic Agatha Christie!You can also use the facilities of all of the four TLH hotels that are set together in this great location, but remember you are staying in the one with the best entertainment! Interlinked on a single site, TLH offers year-round leisure and entertainment and is a destination in itself! The extensive leisure facilities include swimming pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, plus a games area with 10 pin bowling, English and American pool and snooker. The Starlight Lounge hosts live entertainment each evening, with a mix of cabaret and live acts.
Alternatively, join our included excursion as we head off to historic Exeter. The city's bustling quayside is worth a visit and Princesshay Shopping Centre offers lots of treats too. Its Christmas Market, set on the beautiful Cathedral Green should also have started, offering some great shopping opportunities.
In the evening at the hotel, dinner is again included followed by evening entertainment.
Day 3
Having experienced the very best of Devon scenery, food, hospitality and entertainment, it is time to say farewell to the English Riviera today. After a leisurely start and a final tasty breakfast, relax on board as we say farewell to Torquay. Relax as you continue homewards with a your great festive memories, enjoying a suitable comfort stop on the way.
