Itinerary

Day 1

Join your coach this morning and travel to the Cotswolds with its picture-postcard villages and the picturesque rolling hills overlooking ancient honey-coloured period buildings. We will stop at two of the Cotswolds’ most beautiful towns and villages including historic Broadway, known as the 'Jewel of the Cotswolds' with its pretty High Street lined with horse chestnut trees and mixture of period houses and picturesque honey coloured Cotswold stone cottages.

Day 2

After a hearty breakfast, we travel to Leamington Spa for a morning visit and then to Warwick for the afternoon.

Royal Leamington Spa is an elegant town in the heart of rural Warwickshire with its tree lined avenues, squares and beautiful gardens. It was once just a tiny village, but the mineral springs here brought it fame and fortune around 1800. Stroll down the wide boulevards, admire the stunning architecture and pretty parks, and immerse yourself in this Regency town.

Warwick is famous for its castle, but there are many other hidden delights to be found in this beautiful town. Warwick and its historic buildings have featured in the BBC TV’s drama series ‘Dangerfield’, ‘Pride and Prejudice’, ‘Tom Jones’ and Granada Television’s ‘Moll Flanders’. You may wish to take afternoon tea in one of the town’s tearooms or visit one of the many museums.

Day 3

After a full English Breakfast, we bid farewell to our hotel and head to the lovely town of Stratford-upon-Avon, forever associated with William Shakespeare. It is a thriving market town on the banks of the River Avon, filled with lovely half-timbered buildings and scenic riverside walks. Fans of The Bard can visit his birthplace, and there’s a chance to wander the riverside gardens or discover the town’s theatres including the Swan Theatre, home of the Royal Shakespeare Company.

It is a pretty historic market town situated on the banks of the River Avon and a popular tourist destination attracting over three million visitors a year. With its beautiful surroundings, wide range of tourist attractions and great shopping, it’s not hard to see why this town is such a hit with coach trip visitors.
