Join us for a lovely day out and a spot of lunch. Our Mystery Lunch Club is a monthly series of mystery day trips designed for guests who love a relaxed adventure — and want something a bit different each time.

What to expect?
Each month, we’ll whisk you away by coach to a destination we hope you haven’t been to before — somewhere with a great story, a warm welcome, and an experience we think you’ll genuinely love.

We might take you to a castle, a garden (or both), with a guide on hand to share the inside story. Perhaps a train ride, an historic venue, or even a coach tour with an expert guide. Or we could head to a place of interest that’s a little outside of the ordinary. Whatever we do, it’ll be the sort of day out you’d happily tell your friends about.

Guided, gentle and easy-going

If we include a walking tour, it won’t be too strenuous — usually around 30–60 minutes, at a comfortable pace. The day is planned to be enjoyable and unhurried, with time to take it all in.

Lunch is included

A lunch is included in the price. Expect a light lunch as standard — and if you get more, consider it a lovely bonus (we’ll be impressed too!).

What to wear?

• Keep an eye on the weather — bring a brolly and a waterproof coat just in case.
• Wear comfortable, sensible shoes.

You’ll need to be able to walk some distance during the day and it is probably best if you can manage at least 12 steps at a time.

Come along each month

The Lunch Club is designed for regulars but obviously open to anyone who just fancies a one-off trip. We’d love you to make friends, enjoy the easy routine of a great day out, and come back month after month — with a different mystery destination each time.
