We head to the royal town of Windsor, a firm favourite with visitors, where we enjoy a fabulous 2-hour sightseeing cruise on the Thames plus some free time to discover its rich mix of history, culture and heritage.
Then, after a good night's rest at your hotel, we'll whisk you off for our guided coach tour of Midsomer Country, through picturesque destinations that serve as the backdrop for the iconic television series.

Itinerary
Day 1
Join your comfortable coach this morning and head for the wonderful royal town of Windsor. We will to join our boat for a relaxing 2-hour sightseeing cruise. Afterwards, enjoy some free time to shop, sightsee or have something to eat.Late afternoon we will head for your comfortable overnight hotel in Reading, which is ideally located in the town centre. Either simply relax at the hotel or your central location allows you to stay out as late as you like making the most of all the town has to offer including great food and drink.
Day 2
After a filling buffet breakfast, leave your comfortable hotel this morning and head to Henley on Thames. Here, we are joined by a guide who will escort us on an excursion through the beautiful little towns, villages and rolling hills of Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire as featured in ‘Midsomer Murders’. Die-hard fans will love being there for real, and people who have never seen the programme will enjoy the stunning countryside, villages and towns that we travel through.Relax as we head for home later this afternoon.

Iconic locations, breathtaking views and facts for the fans, this is a truly wonderful experience! DCI Tom Barnaby (John Nettles) and more recently his cousin DCI John Barnaby (Neil Dudgeon) have been involved in over 120 cases and solved perhaps 300 murders in the 25 years of the show. Many towns and villages in Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire and the surrounding countryside have been used for filming and you can see many places where a scene (or a character) has been shot!And if you arent a Midsomer fan, just sit back and enjoy the stunning scenery and pretty villages!
