ChichesterChichester is a Roman cathedral city and the only city in West Sussex. There is history on every corner, from the Tudor Market Cross to the dominant Norman Cathedral. The city is mostly pedestrianised with lots of spaces to enjoy lunch outside and the Cathedral and museum are right in the heart of the city.
ArundelThe beautiful market town of Arundel is rich in history and culture, and dominated by its Gothic cathedral and Norman castle, straight out of a medieval picture book, home to the Dukes of Norfolk for over a thousand years. You will discover more than you’d expect in the town that combines a thousand years of history with independent shops, contemporary galleries, places to eat and drink and great attractions. Arundel really is one of the gems of Sussex.
