We'll whisk you away to the fabulous market town of Ludlow, a hidden gem known for its picturesque medieval streets and gastronomic delights. 'Shropshire's Food and Drink Capital' is often referred to as the perfect historic town, with over 500 listed buildings and its iconic castle at its heart. This thriving medieval market town was described by poet John Betjeman as “probably the loveliest town in England".

On our 2-day break, we stay at the charming Feathers Hotel, a renowned historic gem in the heart of Ludlow, one of the most famous inns in the country. The Feathers’ famous half-timbered Tudor façade is adorned with carved wooden motifs of the Prince of Wales’ three feathers emblem, which gives the hotel its name. This picture-postcard 17th-century hotel is one of the town's best-known landmarks and is in an excellent location. The public areas have retained much of the traditional charm, and the first-floor lounge is particularly stunning. On Sunday, we arrive at the hotel and include a delicious 3-course Sunday lunch, a perfect way to start your relaxing getaway. In addition to this, a buffet dinner and breakfast is included too, so bring your appetite!
