INCLUDED Visitor DestinationThe UK’s original, biggest and most exciting lantern festival, is returning to Longleat. The Festival of Light at Longleat has a special theme each year will fabulous displays and always promises to be as extraordinary as ever. Discover spectacular life-size lanterns all set in over 30 acres of splendid ‘Capability’ Brown landscaped grounds. Prepare to be amazed as the winter sun sets and Longleat transforms into a breath-taking illuminated world.
Britain's biggest singing Christmas tree is also back! Marvel at the 20 metre tall tree as it sings your favourite carols for a spectacular display of light, including flurries of snow!
Continue the adventure with the popular animal attractions. It may be getting chilly outside but you can still enjoy the immersive six-and-a-half-mile Safari Drive-through. Not all of the residents are fans of wintry Wiltshire weather, however. If it’s considerably cold or wildly wet some of the furry, feathery and scaly friends might be hard to spot or even choose to stay warm and cosy inside.
* Please note tickets do not include the Santa train or entry into Longleat House. A guided tour of the house can be purchased on the day via guest services.
Bath
INCLUDED Visitor DestinationBuilt for pleasure and relaxation, beautiful Bath has been a wellbeing destination since Roman times. The waters are still a big draw, both at the ancient Roman Baths and the thoroughly modern Thermae Bath Spa, which houses the only natural thermal hot springs in Britain you can bathe in. The compact, visitor-friendly centre is overflowing with places to eat and drink, plus some of the finest independent shops in Britain. Immerse yourself in Bath’s remarkable collection of museums and galleries, while admiring Bath's stunning honey-coloured Georgian architecture that is straight from a Jane Austen novel. For a special treat enjoy the grandeur of the world-famous Pump Room for afternoon tea, and a sample of the healing Bath waters taken by the city's famous residents for hundreds of years. For something simpler but just as historic try a delicious Sally Lunn Bunn served in the famous eating house or to take away, made to the same recipe since 1680!
