Excursions

Longleat Safari Park

Nestled in 900 acres of Capability Brown landscaped gardens, is Longleat Safari and Adventure Park. A trip to the UK’s first, and best, safari park is a fantastic day out for the whole family. There's chance to grab a bite to eat from the cafe and we also include a Jungle Cruise across the lake to view the hippos and gorillas. Use your time to do the things you want to do! (Please note, we cannot guarantee that the vehicle will pass through the monkey enclosure.)

Bath Christmas Market

First Iron Age peoples, later the Romans and later still the fashionable society of the 18th and 19th centuries were attracted to Bath, to partake of the famous waters. As long ago as AD78 Bath was a thriving spa and during the 18th century it was a showpiece of Georgian prosperity. The best way to enjoy the city is to stroll through its streets and view the beautiful crescents, Roman Baths and Museum, Pump Room, Abbey Church and the amazing Pulteney Bridge, lined with shops. At this time of year, Bath is where you can enjoy one of the South West’s best Christmas Market! With over 170 chalets, this is the perfect place to catch up on your Christmas shopping.
