Ideal Home Show & Windsor

Itinerary

Day 1

Join your coach this morning and head for the royal town of Windsor, a firm favourite with visitors. Enjoy time to shop, sightsee and grab something to eat before rejoining your coach later this afternoon. We will then travel for our comfortable overnight stay at the Ibis Reading Centre, which is ideally located in the town centre. Enjoy an included dinner then either simply relax at the hotel or your central location allows you to stay out as late as you like making the most of all the town has to offer.

Day 2

After a good night's sleep enjoy a hearty buffet breakfast and say farewell to your hotel as we head for the fabulous Ideal Home Show. Within a treasure trove of inspiration, discover everything you need for your home. From inspiring ideas, to innovative products and on-trend solutions, the show brings together full scale show homes, over 600 companies, tons of free talks, the latest technology and fresh ideas from teams of experts. The show will also offer health and wellbeing advice, and an opportunity to be pampered, all included in your ticket.

Rejoin your coach this afternoon and relax as you head home full of great memories, amazing ideas and experiences. We usually depart for home around 4 to 5pm so arriving back mid to late evening.

Windsor

INCLUDED Visitor DestinationThe beautiful, ancient royal town of Windsor, is situated on the River Thames with a rich history, dominated by Windsor Castle, one of the most iconic residences of the British Royal Family. Built by William The Conqueror in the 11th century, the castle was extensively remodelled by subsequent monarchs and remains one of the most impressive historic buildings in the country. The castle itself is surrounded by a warren of small streets offering a wonderful range of boutiques, shops, bars, cafes and restaurants for you to enjoy along with the impressive 5,000 acres of gardens that make up Windsor Great Park, and offers some lovely walking routes or maybe even a relaxing boat ride along the River Thames.
