Celebrate the festive season in relaxed seaside style with this five-day Turkey & Tinsel break at the Imperial Hotel in Eastbourne. Designed to capture all the magic of Christmas and New Year without the stress, this cheerful getaway is all about good food, entertainment and festive fun.
Your stay at the Imperial Hotel includes dinner, bed and breakfast, with comfortable accommodation and welcoming hospitality throughout. Each evening, enjoy a lively programme of bingo and live entertainment, creating a sociable atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and join in as much or as little as you like. A real highlight of the Turkey & Tinsel package is a traditional Christmas dinner with all the trimmings, followed by mince pies and coffee for a perfectly festive finish. There’s also a visit from Santa, adding a touch of seasonal magic to the celebrations.
As the break continues, the festivities build towards a special New Year’s Eve party, complete with entertainment to see in the New Year in great company and high spirits.
Alongside the hotel celebrations, we’ve included two enjoyable excursions. Discover the historic charm of Hastings and Rye, then enjoy a separate day out exploring Brighton and the attractive market town of Lewes.

Itinerary
Day 1
Join your coach this morning, and head towards the lovely East Sussex coast and our lovely resort of Eastbourne with convenient coffee/lunch stops along the way. On arrival at the Imperial Hotel there is time to settle in, perhaps take a stroll along the prom and enjoy our first delicious dinner and then brilliant entertainment including bingo.Days 2 - 4
Day 2 - 'Christmas Day'Enjoy a hearty breakfast this morning and then spend the day relaxing. You're on holiday! Choose to spend the day enjoying Eastbourne and your hotel. In the evening, join us for a traditional Christmas Dinner with all the trimmings followed by mince pies and coffees and a visit from a very special person. Then it is eyes down for some festive bingo followed by more live entertainment.
Day 3 - 'Boxing Day'
After a good night's sleep and another tasty breakfast, choose to enjoy another day in Eastbourne or join us on our INCLUDED excursion. The evening is yours to enjoy with a delicious evening meal followed by more bingo and live entertainment.
Day 4 - 'New Year's Eve'
Make sure you are well rested today, as you'll be up late welcoming in the New Year! Enjoy another hearty breakfast and then you once again have the choice of staying in Eastbourne or joining us on our second INCLUDED excursion. Then, in the evening it is party time! After another lovely dinner look forward to fabulous entertainment to help you see in the 'New Year'.

Day 5

The pleasant long, tree-lined promenade, colourful gardens and Victorian seafront with its 19th century pier befits a town famous for its charm and dignity. The Towner Art Gallery contains world-class exhibitions of modern and contemporary art or browse the shops on the quaint Victorian streets of Little Chelsea. Brighton's famous pebble beach is a great place to enjoy your fish & chips, and for the more adventurous try a ride on the newest attraction, Brighton i360 which takes you on a gentle journey 162 metres above the town for a stunning birds eye view for miles. If history and architecture are your thing the lovely Royal Pavilion is a must see - the Prince Regent's original pleasure palace made for entertaining. INCLUDED Visitor DestinationWith its medieval streets, old English churches and tiny twittens (a Sussex word for alleyway) visitors are allowed a glimpse into the true essence of bygone Lewes. Although surrounded by chalk cliffs, the townscape is dominated by the remains of a Norman castle. Lewes also claims host to numerous contemporary art galleries and historic & special interest sites including the once mighty Priory of St. Pancras - a casualty of the dissolution of the monasteries.
Lewes is a market town of small, specialist, independent retailers and on certain days, the subtle aromas wafting from Harvey’s Brewery will attract any visitor to Cliffe High Street. Bookshops, boutiques and antique centres sit alongside individual craft workshops, and the restaurants, cafes, and pubs offer delicious choices all year round with real emphasis on local produce.

Built on smuggled secrets and timeless tales, Rye has nooks and crannies to explore and distant views across Romney Marsh to ponder.Set between hills that reach to the sea, Hastings is an oyster that comes with its own grit, where the smooth bustle of modern life rubs along with the rough edges of tradition. Look up and you’ll see the castle ruins watching over the town, as they have in one guise or another for nearly a thousand years. The three-mile seafront stretches from the fishing fleet at the eastern end through the hustle and bustle of the arcades and funfair rides, to the pier and unique double-decker promenade bottle alley, arriving finally at peaceful Grosvenor Gardens.
