Christmas At The Adelphi
2018 - Adelphi - 3 Days (AUD0180)
Liverpool is a fascinating and inspirational town with a reputation for wit and an obsessive love of football. It also has an impressive cultural heritage. It has more listed buildings than any other city outside London and its galleries and museums are among the best in the country. Its ongoing program of urban regeneration is transforming the city centre into one of the most pleasant cities in England. And then there are the Beatles. Liverpool cherishes them not because they’re wedded to the past but because the Beatles are such a central part of the tourist experience.
The main attractions are Albert Dock and the trendy Ropewalks area. Lime St station, the bus station and the Cavern Quarter – a mecca for Beatles fans – lie just to the north. Liverpool is a city brimming with heritage and culture. It has a strong maritime history as well as being a modern-day Mecca for art lovers, theatergoers, and museum fans. Liverpool’s status as a UNESCO World Heritage Site is down to its stunning Waterfront and amazing architecture.
PLEASE NOTE: Price is per person and based on two people sharing a twin/double room. Single room supplements and upgrades are not included.
