Head to Bristol for a river cruise and free time to enjoy the city. Our visit coincides with the annual Bristol Harbour Festival.
Join our boat as we travel through the City past famous Harbourside landmarks and upstream onto picturesque rural stretches of the Avon past grassy riverbanks and weeping willows. The entertaining and informative commentary is the perfect way to introduce you to Bristol's rich maritime history and the origins of the City
Afterwards enjoy free time in Bristol.
The Bristol Harbour Festival celebrates the city's maritime heritage and the importance of Bristol's docks and harbour. Bristol’s free to attend annual dance, music and arts extravaganza will be returning to the iconic harbourside in July 2024 with a jam-packed programme of family activities, circus performances, visiting vessels and mega live music. Showcasing the best of Bristol’s music scene, world-class circus and on the water activity, and with five areas filled with music and entertainment across seven stages, it’s a much-loved addition to the city’s social calendar.
Once a busy dock where sailors and merchants would trade goods and set sail for voyages of discovery, Bristol's Harbourside is now an attractive, modern development filled with waterside restaurants, bars and shops. Stroll around the water’s edge and you will find Millennium Square acting as a fantastic central hub, with its fountains and big screen as well as world-class attractions such as Brunel’s SS Great Britain, We The Curious, Bristol Aquarium, Arnolfini, Spike Island, Watershed and M Shed. Or you could just let the world pass you by whilst watching the boats head in or the swans swim past whilst dangling your feet over the edge with a cold glass of cider in hand.

We depart Bristol around 16:30 to start our homeward journey back to South Wales.
