It is also the only non-royal non-episcopal country house in England to hold the title of palace. A masterpiece of Baroque architecture, Blenheim Palace provides an awe-inspiring experience for visitors. The palace is home to the 12th Duke of Marlborough and his family and the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. Leisuretime Allocated Hotel
You will be staying in a good hotel in the local area. All the bedrooms will have private facilities, colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities, and the hotel will have a good bar and restaurant.
After joining the coach, we make our way to out first excursion before enjoying some free time. We expect to arrive at our hotel late afternoon/early evening.
Breakfast followed by free time and our second included excursion before making our way to back to South Wales.

The centre looks like an enchanted fairytale city – making Oxford is a firm favourite of filmmakers from all over the world, from Harry Potter to Inspector Morse along with having inspired countless famous writers over the centuries.
Oxford is flat and compact, with many of its major attractions, such as the University of Oxford and its 38 colleges; Bodleian Library, the museums, and Oxford Castle Unlocked right in the centre – perfect to explore on foot. Just a little out of the centre, you can find large green spaces like Christ Church Meadows (with excellent views of Oxford’s spires), University Parks, the riverbanks and Port Meadow.
