Birmingham’s Frankfurt Christmas Market is a firm fixture in the city’s annual calendar and a massive favourite with both residents and visitors to the city from across the UK and Europe. Birmingham comes alive with the arrival of the Market, a clear sign that Christmas is just around the corner. The stalls on Victoria Square and along New Street offer something for everyone.
And whilst Birmingham will be buzzing, you can relax knowing that everything is taken care of. We'll get you there safely and look after the parking, leaving you to simply enjoy the magical atmosphere of Birmingham and their Frankfurt Christmas Market! You can also explore the famous Bullring and Grand Central for the ultimate shopping and dining experience - it has the UK's biggest Primark with the world's biggest Greggs!
After a relaxing overnight stay with breakfast included at our comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Birmingham, we head to the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham for the fabulous Festive Gift Fair, one of the very first Christmas Fairs staged in the UK, now in its 28th year. You won’t be stuck for ideas as you browse around over 300 stalls and find plenty of inspiration and temptation to buy unique Christmas gifts, stocking fillers, dramatic decorations, delicious food treats and trendy tipples you won’t find on the High Street! Enjoy the atmosphere created by the live performances on the four stages dotted around the show and get in the Festive Spirit!

Itinerary
Day 1
Join your comfortable coach this morning and head straight for bustling Birmingham and arguably the largest Christmas Market in the UK. This one is directly from Frankfurt, and offers the best in German tradition, food and twinkling Christmas chalets. Enjoy free time to browse at your leisure and soak up the atmosphere and festive entertainment. Alternatively you can visit the famous Birmingham Bullring, one of the UK’s most visited shopping centres located in the very heart of the city.We will give you time into late afternoon / early evening to enjoy the Christmas Market and centre of Birmingham, maybe also having a meal at one of the many restaurants or cafes in the city centre or the food stalls at the Christmas Market itself. We will then head for a later check in to your comfortable hotel on the outskirts of Birmingham for our overnight stay and to relax ahead of more festive fun tomorrow.
Day 2
After a filling buffet breakfast get ready for a fun day as we head to the NEC for the Festive Gift Fair which offers festive fun, food and gifts for everyone all wrapped up in one visit. Promoted as the biggest and best indoor Christmas Fair in the heart of the country, it is located in one huge hall bursting at the seams with a colourful, eclectic mix of unusual presents, traditional gifts and great home decorations. Whilst browsing the stalls you can also enjoy the Christmassy atmosphere created by festive music and sparkling Christmas lights on the stalls.This afternoon it is time to join your coach and head homewards with time to relax with your fabulous festive memories and perhaps a gift or two.

INCLUDED Visitor DestinationBirmingham’s Frankfurt Christmas Market is the largest traditional German-style Christmas Market outside of Austria and Germany and is packed full of continental festive fayre and traditional goods that are guaranteed to put a smile on your face. From the traditional German bratwurst sausage and gluhwein stands through to the intricate lacework, porcelain and handmade gifts, you may have to step back and remind yourself you are in this modern metropolis which is transformed into a quaint German Christmas world. Over the years, Birmingham's singing Christmas moose (Chris Moose) has become a Christmas attraction in his own right. Located directly in front of the Council House entrance, the singing moose (Chris to his mates) guarantees a Christmassy atmosphere and a lot of fun for young and old.
