Dec 28 - Paris & The King's Tour at Château de Versailles
This morning, travel into the centre of Paris where a large portion of the capital, including the River Seine, is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. To make the most of your visit, why not join our optional guided sightseeing tour? Our local guide will introduce you to some of the city’s famous sights. (Please note that due to on-going roadworks and restoration works, some sights may not be accessible by coach).
As night falls and the day's visitors gradually leave, we head to the Château de Versailles for an unforgettable experience that will delight young and old! Discover the château like never before as you see everything from the Hercules Salon to the Queen's Bedchamber, through the Hall of Mirrors. The château will be lit up by royal fireworks, musicians, dancers, singers, fencers and actors, all set amongst the splendour of the Grand Apartments. After an extraordinary tour and show in one, you'll be led to the Gallery of Battles, where you’ll meet a very special guest from the North Pole!

After some free time this morning, we head to the Château de Vaux-le-Vicomte where crackling fireplaces, thousands of Christmas decorations, and a video projection all light up the Grand Salon for a magical festive experience. Discover the history of the palace and delight in all the festivities!
