Itinerary

Bonn - 29 Apr 2022

  • Day 1

Local departure by coach, then to Remagen for a three-night stay.

  • Day 2 - Cologne; Rhine in Flames

Today we enjoy an included excursion to the famous and vibrant city of Cologne. Enjoy time at leisure to explore the city. See the magnificent Dom, the Gothic cathedral that dominates this fine city, and maybe enjoy the Old Town with its charming bars and restaurants.

Tonight, we enjoy the highlight of our tour – the Rhine in Flames spectacle in Bonn. The red fluorescent Bengal Fire lights the way downstream for a fleet of more than sixty decorated and illuminated ships along a 26 kilometre stretch - the longest stretch of any Rhine In Flames event – from Linz to the city of Bonn, from where we will see the spectacle.

    Meals - Breakfast

  • Day 3 - Moselle Valley

Join our included excursion to the charming wine town of Cochem, possibly the most romantic part of the Moselle Valley.

The small town of Cochem is dominated by the majestic Reichburg castle, perched high upon a rock. However, the town itself is just as impressive. With its pastel-coloured buildings lining the waterfront and luscious green surroundings, you’ll fall in love with the charm of Cochem.
