Day 1
Local departure by coach, then to Einruhr in Germany for a three-night stay.
Day 2 - Aachen
Enjoy some time at leisure this morning to explore the beautiful surroundings. Enjoy a stroll by the lake and view the beautiful scenery. This afternoon, enjoy an included excursion to Aachen, whose brightly lit Christmas market is set around the cathedral and town hall. This lovingly decorated 'Christmas village' on the market square has everything you need. One local speciality you really must try is the Aachen Printen, a kind of gingerbread. While in Aachen you can also enjoy one of the most famous monuments of western architecture with the Aachen Cathedral. The Cathedral is Germany’s first monument to be listed on the UNESCO World Heritage site.

Day 3 - Monschau
Join today's included excursion to Monschau, a photographer’s paradise! Half-timbered façades overlook twisting streets, cobbled walkways and quaint market squares. The city originated around 1195 and takes its names from the castle situated on a mountain spur above the Rur River.The area is full of history and places of interest such as Red House Museum which was built in 1752 as a residential /business house by the cloth maker Johann Heinrich Scheibler or the Glass works where you can see the talented staff craft red hot glass into the most beautiful designs. Monschau Christmas Market is small but beautiful. The many stalls offer not only delicacies such as bratwurst, mulled wine, German gingerbread, Lebkuchen, Printen, or the popular 'Monschauer Dütchen', but also brilliant decorations, artistic craft, and interesting gift ideas.
