Local departure by coach, then to our hotel in the Normandy area for a three-night stay.
Jun 6 & 7 - Official D-Day Commemorations & D-Day Sites
Details of events in 2026 have yet to be published but, on the Anniversary of the D-Day landings on 6th June, we will attend the official commemoration at Bayeux or the British Normandy Memorial and, over the weekend, visit some of the key locations connected with the British side of Operation Overlord including Sword, Juno and Gold Beaches, as well as the ground where 6th Airborne Division landed near Pegasus Bridge and Ranville. We will also visit Bayeux War Cemetery.
