5 Day Itinerary
Day 1
Door-to-door departure, then by coach to Germany and our hotel near Dillingen for four nights.
Day 2 - Trier
Enjoy an included excursion to Trier, the oldest city in Germany. On arrival we will be met by our city guide who will introduce us to the main highlights of the city on our included sightseeing tour, not to mention the many relics and buildings of the Romans. In the afternoon, you are free to discover the city on your own – don’t miss the imperial baths, the Roman Bridge and the Electoral Palace, considered to be one of the most beautiful Rococo palaces in the world.

Day 3 - Strasbourg
We include a full-day excursion to Strasbourg, a charming city situated in the Alsace region. On arrival you will discover the highlights of the city during an included city tour. Wander the streets of ‘Petit France’ lined with charming inns and flower-bedecked timbered houses. Afterwards, there will be time at leisure for you to explore independently. Be sure to view the impressive Gothic Cathedral and the numerous bridges crossing the Ill River, which formed part of the seventeenth-century fortifications for the city.

Day 4 - Free Time or Luxembourg City & Grevenmacher
Join our optional excursion to the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and its capital, Luxembourg City, which impresses with a true mix of architectural styles. Between the remnants of the past and contemporary architecture, you will explore a town full of contrasts. Later, continue to the small town Grevenmacher, an important wine-growing centre in beautiful surroundings.
