  • DAY 1 UK to Strasbourg
  • Today we'll depart from St Pancras International and travel to Strasbourg via Paris. You can sit back, relax and admire the view as we wind our way through Europe's stunning countryside. Then, after transferring to our ship, we'll meet the crew and get to know one another over a welcome cocktail. This evening, why not join us on an optional riverboat tour of old Strasbourg.
  • DAY 2 Koblenz
  • We'll cruise towards Lauterbourg, Speyer and Mainz today, and then continue our journey to Koblenz along one of the most beautiful sections of the Rhine. Soak up the scenery as you sail past the towns of Kaub, Oberwesel and Saint-Goar, and be sure not to miss the impressive sight of Stolzenfels Castle, a medieval-style fortress which towers over the river. We'll arrive in Koblenz at around 6pm and you are free to spend the evening at leisure.
  • DAY 3 Rüdesheim
  • Our journey today takes us to Rüdesheim, past castles, vineyards and the famous Lorelei Rock, a 433-foot-high slate cliff on the banks of the river. When we arrive in Rüdesheim, you can join us as we step aboard a fun train for an optional tour of the local vineyards, which includes a visit to a wine cellar for a tasting. Afterwards, we'll see the wonderful collection of self-playing instruments at the Museum of Mechanical Musical Instruments, and this evening you are free to explore the Drosslegasse at leisure. This well-known alley in the heart of Rüdesheim's Old Town is where you'll find an array of cafés and bars where live bands often perform.
  • DAY 4 Speyer
  • Early this morning we'll set sail for Speyer, passing the towns of Wiesbaden, Nierstein, Worms and Mannheim along the way. From Speyer we offer an optional excursion to Heidelberg, known for its charming Old Town and ruined castle which overlooks the city from a hilltop position. We'll re-join our ship and enjoy a gala dinner this evening as we sail back to Strasbourg through the night.
  • DAY 5 Strasbourg to UK
  • After breakfast we'll transfer to the station for our journey home.
