Itinerary

  • Day 1 UK to Paris
  • Today you'll journey to Paris on the Eurostar, and on arrival, we'll transfer you to yourrship. After you've settled into your cabin, meet your travelling companions and the crew over a welcome drink, before dinner. This will be followed by an evening of traditional entertainment with a Parisien theme as the ship sets sail.
  • Day 2 Honfleur
  • We'll spend the morning cruising towards Les Andelys, enjoying lovely views of the picturesque village of La Roche-Guyon en route.
This afternoon you can join an optional excursion to the Château de Martainville, the sumptuous holiday home of a 15th century banker which today houses the Museum of Norman Art and Traditions. We then re-join the ship at Elbeuf and cruise to Honfleur.
  • Day 3 Honfleur
  • Located at the mouth of the Seine, Honfleur is a pretty fishing port, and our ship will dock right in its heart. Why not join this morning's optional guided walking tour to find out why the city has inspired so many artists.
This afternoon, join your chosen optional excursion, which will either take you on a tour by coach to the beautiful Côte d'Albâtre, or Alabaster Coast, or you'll head off on a hike across its cliffs. This is the natural heritage site of the Pays de Caux and the Seine Estuary, and offers spectacular views.
Alternatively, you could choose an optional full-day 'D-Day' guided tour to the beaches that played a part in the Normandy landings of 6th June, 1944.
Tonight our ship moors in Honfleur.
  • Day 4 Rouen
  • The Route des Abbayes is a series of majestic abbeys, including France's 'most beautiful ruin', Jumièges, which you can discover on an optional guided trip from Duclair. We'll return to our ship in Rouen, regarded as Normandy's cultural, historic and gastronomic capital, in time for lunch.
Our ship is moored just a five-minute walk from the centre, and a guided tour of this charming city, known for its cathedral and sights connected to Joan of Arc, is an option this afternoon.
Later, we'll enjoy a gala dinner and an evening of entertainment as we cruise through the night back to Paris.
  • Day 5 Paris
  • The French capital is bursting with iconic landmarks and we'll spend the morning cruising here. En route we'll pass the towns of Poissy, where the banks of the Seine have been beautifully landscaped, then Conflans-Sainte-Honorine and Chatou, an important location in the history of Impressionism.
We'll cruise past the futuristic business district of La Défense, with its impressive architecture, before mooring close to the Eiffel Tower. This afternoon, head ashore to explore on your chosen optional excursion - a coach tour of the city's famous sites, or a stroll along the banks of the Seine to see the bridges of Paris.
Back on board we'll have dinner while we enjoy the spectacular sight of the city's landmarks beautifully illuminated.
  • Day 6 Paris to UK
  • After breakfast, we'll disembark the ship and transfer to the railway station for our journey back to the UK.
