On this exclusive trip for JG Travel Group customers, the Norton Grange Coastal Village on the Isle of Wight is a lovely spot for a pre-Christmas breakaway! Let the good times roll and get into the festive spirit with a great bar offer and West End-style entertainment plus daytime activities and free use of the fantastic facilities!

Itinerary (Coach)

Day 1

After joining the coach, we make our way to the Warner Norton Grange Coastal Village and check in.

Day 2 – Optional Island Highlights tour (£14pp)

Join our optional excursion for a special Island Highlights tour. We discover the pretty resort of Ventnor, Alum Bay’s multi-coloured sands with views out to the rocky outcrop ‘The Needles’ and the historic port town of Yarmouth. We also enjoy a relaxing walk along the sandy beaches of Shanklin, taking in the sights of the striking cliffs and colourful beach huts.

Day 3 – Newport (half-day)

We journey to the bustling capital of the island, Newport. This picturesque town centres on two squares surrounded by elegant Georgian and Victorian architecture. Explore the historic quayside or browse the selection of speciality shops here.

Day 4 – Ryde & Cowes (half-day)

We make our way to the seaside resort of Ryde, with its long stretch of golden sand, pretty esplanade and marina. Take a leisurely stroll along the famous pier, the oldest in England, or admire the boats moored in the town’s harbour. We then head to Cowes, where many of the town’s ornate buildings date from Queen Victoria’s time and are in the style popularised by her consort Prince Albert.

Day 5

After breakfast, we check out and board the coach for the journey home.

Please note: The itinerary order is subject to change.

Generally, they offer a greater range of facilities and services, and bedrooms tend to be a little more spacious with additional features. Public areas are larger and include lounge seating, bar and restaurant with good quality food served either buffet style or waiter service.
